INSPIRATION
Eudaimonia is a philosophical concept that literally translates as “good spirit,” and refers to the state of having a happy life. I want this painting to be a lullaby that sparks feelings of being at home and at peace within the mysteries of life. May all be granted the blessing of kissing our loved ones goodnight and to see them off to a safe and peaceful slumber filled with magical dreams. The nurturing and heroic mother figure is at ease under the stars with her owl companions who represent for me both wisdom and adventure.
