SHIPPING DAMAGE
Your artwork will be carefully packaged and well-protected. In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. You can reach us at Hello@EwenFineArt.com
GICLÉE PRINTS
Anne-Louise Ewen’s art prints are made to order. Each one is printed especially for you at the time of purchase, and every frame is custom-built by our framer specifically for your piece. Because of this personalized process, all print orders are final once placed.
If your print or frame arrives damaged, or if an error was made in production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Hello@EwenFineArt.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Any claims for misprints or damage must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

UNFRAMED ORIGINAL ARTWORK
If you’re not completely delighted with your unframed original artwork, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@EwenFineArt.com.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Artwork should be returned safely in its original packaging, and must be shipped with insurance and tracking.
FRAMED ORIGINAL ARTWORK
For original paintings framed through Framebridge, each frame is custom-made specifically for your piece after your purchase. The artwork is shipped directly to Framebridge, where it is professionally framed, then delivered to you. Because of this custom process, all framed original artwork orders are final once placed.
If your frame arrives damaged or was made incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Hello@EwenFineArt.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
WRONG ADDRESS
If the address provided at checkout is deemed insufficient by the shipping carrier, the package will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we’ve confirmed your updated address.
